Welcome to RallyLens, a service provided by Ligaya LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). RallyLens offers AI-driven tennis video analysis and performance feedback to help players improve their game.

By accessing or using RallyLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RallyLens. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our service.

By using RallyLens, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service and that you will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

3. Description of Services

RallyLens provides AI-driven tennis video analysis and performance feedback, including swing detection, technique analysis, coaching recommendations, and drill suggestions.

All results, feedback, and recommendations provided by RallyLens are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional coaching, training programs, or medical advice.

Users should consult with qualified tennis coaches and medical professionals before making significant changes to their training routines or if they experience any pain or injury.

4. Accounts & Registration

To access certain features of RallyLens, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use RallyLens for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users or our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the service without permission
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Payments & Subscriptions

RallyLens offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription. Prices are subject to change with notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management portal. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and only in exceptional circumstances. Please contact support@ligayallc.com to request a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, trademarks, and materials provided through RallyLens are the property of Ligaya LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any videos, images, or data you upload to RallyLens. However, by uploading content, you grant Ligaya LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, analyze, and store your content for the purposes of:

• Providing and improving our services
• Training and enhancing our AI models
• Generating analysis and feedback

We will not share your videos or personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

RallyLens is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that RallyLens will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any analysis or recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ligaya LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use RallyLens
• Any injuries or physical harm resulting from following our recommendations
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Errors or inaccuracies in our analysis

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of RallyLens shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ligaya LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of RallyLens, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to RallyLens at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service.

You may stop using RallyLens at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of RallyLens shall be resolved in the courts located in North Carolina.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page or by sending you a notification.

Your continued use of RallyLens after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using RallyLens.
